I have been crazy busy, and only able to blog sporadically the last few days. I hope you all will forgive me.
Things should calm down soon though, hopefully by the weekend, so here's a quick fact until then. In ancient Egypt killing a cat (even accidently) was a crime punishable by death. Cats found this to be fair judgement.

Poor kitties, but it also explains where there are millions of them there. Also, apparently these days, and even in Middle Egypt (after ancient times) people would kill and mummify cats and sell them as authentic souvenirs. What people do for a buck...

@wayward disposition: that ideal would certainly effect the American agriculture. like, all cattle farmers would be killed and everyone's diet would change drastically.
